The Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago is a mortgage bank and one of 11 institutions within a U.S. Congress-chartered national system. Its main mission is to provide affordable housing to low-income and first-time home buyers. Its members are medium and small banks from the Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin district. We developed its branding, designed and photographed its annual reports, along with other communication materials.
